PACKAGING DESIGN

Our manufacturers have seasoned design departments that focus on innovative solutions using state of the art CAD systems and cutting tables. Total Optimization Packaging Systems (T.O.P.S.) software helps determine the best package design and the most efficient pallet and truck load configuration.

TESTING

Our TAPPI conditioned labs are capable of material testing that includes paper, corrugated sheets and converted packaging. Standard testing includes basis weight, caliper, ring crush, concord mullen, ECT, flat crush, pin adhesion, coefficient of friction, copp, porosity and moisture content.

PACKAGING SYSTEMS

Our manufacturers provide engineering on-site analysis and evaluation of your packaging process. Our goal is to help our customers achieve the fastest throughput utilizing the least amount of material. Systems include case erectors, tapers, shrink equipment and stretch equipment.
